Poster & Abstract Submission
- Posters can be on any scholarly research related to climate change or energy; posters are not restricted to the symposium theme.
- Posters can be submitted by faculty, staff, postdocs, and undergraduate or graduate students.
- Students are encouraged to participate.
- Only one lead-authored poster per registered attendee.
- Poster abstract submissions are limited to 200 words.
- The poster abstract submission deadline is November 2, 2025. We are now accepting poster submissions for this year’s Symposium.
- Posters are size limited to 48 inches wide x 36 inches high.
- Please do not bring mounted posters.
- We will provide easels, foam boards (48 inches wide x 36 inches high), and binder clips.
- An index of poster titles and authors will be available on the Symposium website.
- Poster abstracts and poster PDFs will be available on the Rutgers Climate and Energy Institute website after the Symposium.
- Poster PDFs can be submitted after the Symposium and will be accepted through December 1, 2025, to be included on the post-conference website archive.
