Poster & Abstract Submission
- Posters can be on any scholarly research related to climate change; posters are not restricted to the symposium theme.
- Posters can be submitted by faculty, staff, post docs, undergraduate or graduate students.
- Students are encouraged to participate.
- Only 1 lead-authored poster per registered attendee.
- Poster abstract submissions limited to 200 words.
- Poster abstract submissions due by 11:59 PM Thursday November 3, 2022; Please note the abstract submission deadline has passed.
- Posters are size limited to 3 feet wide x 4 feet high.
- Please do not bring mounted posters
- An index of poster titles and authors will be available at the Symposium.
- Poster abstracts and poster pdfs will be available on the Rutgers Climate Institute website after the symposium.
- So that we can correctly identify files please name your poster Abstract (submitted as a word document) file using this convention: FirstMiddleInitialLast as in this example: JohnXSmith.doc or JohnXSmith.docx.
- So that we can correctly identify files please name your Poster PDF file using this convention: FirstMiddleInitialLast as in this example: JohnXSmith.pdf.
- Poster PDFs can be submitted after the Symposium and will be accepted through December 2, 2022 to be included on the post-conference website archive
